NHS Class of 76 - Address Update Form

If your email address has changed or will at some point in time, here is a little handy feature to ease that process. We have had quite a few email and residential addresses change since the 25th Reunion.

If you know of somebody on the "Absent" List please do them a favor and send their update, or at least direct them to this web site so they can update their new address.

I have fixed the coding, submitting your updates will not utilize your resident email program to send this information. I'm making the server do what it does best..
